We're making updates to improve Avid's speed and stability. These changes require a 30-minute scheduled maintenence window on Thursday, October 9 from 6:00am–6:30am US Central Time (11:00am–11:30am UTC). During this time, the Avid web application will be unavailable and you won't be able to log in or perform activities within the platform.
However, all other critical services will remain fully available behind the scenes:
- Integrations will remain active
- Pathways will still sync as normal
- Automated SFTP uploads will be queued to run after the update is completed
We have already completed and tested this maintenence in our staging environment, and expect a similarly smooth rollout for our live production environment (likely not requiring the fully 30-minute downtime).
