Note: This maintenence does not affect the Avid web application or outbound Pathways syncs; you'll be able to use Avid as you usually would.

We will be conducting a scheduled multi-phase upgrade to our inbound data connection infrastructure between 6:00pm on Thursday, November 5 and 9:00am on Friday, November 6. This maintenence will improve the relability and scalability of our integration platform. (The length of the window is to allow for long-running connections to complete prior to maintenence to avoid sync errors.)

During this window, some API and Database syncs will be deferred until the corresponding infrastructure updates are complete. The only impact that will be perceived within the Avid web application will be some delays in data freshness for certain connections. File-based integrations (upload, SFTP, and email forward) are not affected.

New inbound data connections created during the maintenence window will remain in "Initializing" status until the window completes.

As soon as all upgrades and migrations are completed for affected connections, we will automatically trigger any deferred syncs to catch up to current data freshness.
